I'm Joshua, an experienced MSP Tier 3 engineer. I started my troubleshooting career as a C-130E/H/J Crew Chief at Little Rock AFB in Jacksonville, AR. I loved the research and troubleshooting involved in fixing airplanes, and applied that same drive to my love of technology. I hold a Bachelor's in Network and Communication Management from DeVry University and the CompTIA Network+ certification.
I'm passionate about giving back to my community, and I understand how daunting IT problems can feel — not knowing where to look for help, or what actually needs to be upgraded. My goal is to close that gap: straightforward advice and clean installs from someone local, who explains what's actually going on instead of leaving you guessing.
I'm also a pastor's son. I ran and directed my church's campus tech team and consulted for other church campuses on their technology — it's a big part of why I love working with churches and community organizations.

What areas do you serve?
In-person installs in Chino, Eastvale, and Corona, CA. Remote consulting is available anywhere.
Do you offer ongoing IT support or a monthly contract?
No. Every project is a one-time job with a single fixed price — no recurring fees or contracts.
Do you run new cabling through walls?
No — but I can coordinate with a third-party vendor if wiring work is needed.
Who pays for the equipment?
You do. You purchase equipment directly, or I order it at cost with your approval — I never mark up hardware or take commissions from any vendor. My fee covers labor and expertise only.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. Contact me for a quote after a quick walkthrough of what you need.

Can you guarantee you'll fix my issue?
I'll always diagnose the real problem and be upfront about it. Some fixes — like a failing router — may need a follow-up project if new hardware is required.
