I'm Joshua, an experienced MSP Tier 3 engineer. I started my troubleshooting career as a C-130E/H/J Crew Chief at Little Rock AFB in Jacksonville, AR. I loved the research and troubleshooting involved in fixing airplanes, and applied that same drive to my love of technology. I hold a Bachelor's in Network and Communication Management from DeVry University and the CompTIA Network+ certification.
I'm passionate about giving back to my community, and I understand how daunting IT problems can feel — not knowing where to look for help, or what actually needs to be upgraded. My goal is to close that gap: straightforward advice and clean installs from someone local, who explains what's actually going on instead of leaving you guessing.
I'm also a pastor's son. I ran and directed my church's campus tech team and consulted for other church campuses on their technology — it's a big part of why I love working with churches and community organizations.
